I would not hesitate to recommend Richard Shaw and his son Lewis as they were very honest and one of my concerns being the mess in the house whilst the works would be done. I must say that they were impeccable and they were always leaving the house very clean and tidy at the end of their day, there were no nasty surprises at the end of the job with extra bills to pay. So we are very happy with the work they’ve done.

Our loft conversion has completely transformed our home. The space has been used to its full potential and the quality of workmanship is fantastic. Richard and Lewis built a double width dormer to the rear of the house and additional side dormer. We were initially concerned two dormers would not be attractive externally, however Richard and his sons went the extra mile to ensure they blended well with the existing house. They are polite and courteous, accommodated last minute adjustments and offered good advice based on their previous experience. We would not hesitate in recommending them.

Shaw and Son builders completed a rear single storey extension, as well as laid a patio and fitted our kitchen. We are absolutely delighted with the work, Richard and his team did a fantastic job in all areas. They were always extremely polite and hardworking and offered invaluable advice.
