Am I eligible?

Firstly have you the height, a minimum height approx. 2m, but rule of thumb is if you can stand comfortably in the loft its high enough.

All loft conversions no matter big or small come under building regulations and kept to Local Authority guidelines don’t need planning permission, but that’s why we are here to advise you alone the way.
